March 9th: Camera Basics for the beginner. This Class is FREE. Limited to 6 students. The class will be held in our office between Guy and Quitman, AR. Please bring your camera. 2 loaner cameras are available if needed.
This class will cover the settings and operation of your camera. We will discuss the exposure triangle, Aperature settings and what they do, shutter speed and how that effects the image and what ISO is and why and when it is impartant. Also covered will be depth-of-field and how to control it.

---Introduction to OCF Portraits---
Have you been overwhelmed with all the steps involved in getting started with lighting, or are you looking for solid fundamentals to get the results you want?
This full day class will teach you how to get started with OCF, and use one light to create beautiful portraits.
You don’t need elaborate setups to create a beautiful image. The key is crafting the right light, in the right place, at the right time.
Bring out the best in your subjects by learning what all good portraits share. We will build using the basics of exposure, lighting patterns, and composition to craft an amazing portrait step by step.
You will learn:
Common lighting challenges and how to avoid them
A starting point for settings to build a basic portrait
The basics of correct exposure
Where to position the light to flatter your subject
Basic posing for solid portraits
The day of learning will end with multiple creative sets and models, where you get to put everything you learned into practice with your own style.
You will walk away with knowledge and inspiration you need to get started, and beautiful images for your portfolio.
Class will be limited to 20 students, to maximize hands-on time for everyone.
Lighting equipment will be provided and works with all major camera brands!
The cost of this class I $300.00 per student. If you register and pay prior to March 16th, you will receive a $50.00 discount.
